The team of the Bengali film Olpo Holeo Sotti gathered for a press conference and announced that their film was streaming on the OTT platform KLIKK.

Saurav Das, Darshana Banik, Rishav Basu, director Soumojit Adak, producer Ankit Das, Rana Basu Thakur, and others graced the event.

Olpo Holeo Sotti follows the lives of four people caught up in love, grief, and unplanned reunions in a city where memories linger and emotions clash. Will love once more forge its course as the past and present converge? A sweet story about silent farewells, second chances, and the realization that even a small amount of love can make a big difference.

Rishav Basu said, “The first essence and feel of a first love is very special. You do not get that in any of the love you experience later. You experience other aspects, though. The film was a daring step taken by the makers. It was during the pandemic, and not many films were released in theaters. But the producer took the daring step to release it in theatres. It was during the shoot that the spark between Saurav and Darshana started. I am happy their love culminated in a great marriage”.

The director said that this was his first film. So it was special for him. It was also the first film that paired Saurav and Darshana.

Darshana and Saurav got nostalgic while speaking about the film.

“I keep forgetting the names of the characters that I play in films and movies. But strangely, I remember the name of the character that I portrayed in this film. It was Arjun. It was special indeed to me,” said the actor.

Darshana said that the film received great feedback when it was released. So she hoped that the same level of feedback would be received by the film when it releases on OTT.
