Best Friendz Society, an NGO in Kolkata organized a wedding ceremony for a blind couple in Kolkata namely Anjali and Sanjay.

The NGO till now has supported more than 20 such marriages under their mission of Kanyaadan. The mission of Kanyaadan is to support those families who cannot get their daughters married due to lack of funds.

Rajiv Lodha, President, Best Friendz Society, Papia Adhikary, eminent Bengali actress, winners of Launcherz King Queen 2019 namely Moinak Mandal, Sathi Satpathi and Ajanta Panda graced the occasion and wished the couple all the best for their future.

A cheque of Rs 35000 was gifted to the couple for their future.
