YES BANK As Collection Banking Partner For PM CARES Fund
YES BANK is a contribution collection banking partner for collection of donations for the Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations Fund (PM CARES Fund).
Individuals and organizations can now donate to the PM CARES Fund from the comfort of their home using the Bank’s digital banking channels like YES BANK Net Banking and mobile banking. The donations can be made using details at the link, https://www.yesbank.in/donations-to-pm-cares-fund. They are currently only accepting domestic contributions.
In line with this, the Bank has also enabled redemption of YES BANK Credit Cards reward points towards contribution to the PM Cares Fund. Customers can redeem their rewards points in denominations of INR 250, INR 500 and INR 1000 on www.yesrewardz.com/CreditCard/. However, card members will not receive a tax exemption certificate for contributions made using reward points.

Contributions to this fund are exempted from tax under section 80 (G). The donors will be able to download the formal contribution receipts from the ‘PM CARES’ portal after 30 days of successful transaction.
