D. S. Research Centre celebrated its tenth Inception Day in Kolkata. The centre also announced its initiative to fulfil the wishes of Child Cancer Patients. The centre also announced the launch of a donation drive for cancer patients.

To commemorate the tenth Inception Day of the centre, a small cultural program was organized where cancer patients fighting the disease were felicitated.

Gracing the press conference was Dr Anirban Bhattacharya, Dr Shibangi Das and others.

Speaking at the event, Dr Anirban Bhattacharya said “Patients usually come to us at the last stage when they are depressed with the outcomes of the other treatment procedures. Patients who chose to come to us at the initial stages have got better results. With proper treatment, the lives of many patients have improved drastically”.

The event raised awareness about the challenges of cancer survivors, supported and motivated the cancer survivors on how to battle against the deadly disease in the best way possible.
