Baruipur Babyland organised its 15th Baby Show today at Parimal Kunj in Baruipur. For the last 15 years, Babyland has been organising health check-ups, dedicated to the kids coming from the marginalized sections of the society. Not only a ‘Baby Show’, a ‘Ramp Show’ were also organised where the kids were the main attraction.

More than 250 kids participated in the Baby Show. Under the guidance of Child Specialist Dr A. Habib, a thorough medical check-up was conducted of kids – 6 months to 4 years old. There were five categories based on the age of the kids. The doctors checked the weights of the kids, along with their nutritional levels and also looked into their natural growth and development. In fact, there was a session where the doctors discussed in detail the role of mothers and the families in well-being of kids.

Dr Subir Pal, Dr CN Pal, Dr Shyamal Deb Sharma and Dr Manojit Sharma were present as the judges in the Baby Show. The doctors also cautioned the mothers who were present on the recent outbreak of Corona Virus.

Pranam Roy, Madhubanti Adhikary and Madhabi Pati were the judges of this unique Ramp Show.

There were several categories in the award section including ‘Best Walk’, ‘Best Expression’ and ‘Best of Best’.
