20 Amazing Seafood Dishes At The 14th Oriental Seafood Festival

Oriental Seafood Festival is now available at Chowman.
This is the 14th edition of this food festival.

The festival offers over twenty delicious seafood dishes for its patrons.

Debaditya Chaudhury, Managing Director of Chowman, along with the chefs, graced the launch of the Oriental Seafood Festival.

Speaking at the launch, Debaditya Chaudhury said, “We never offer the same dishes every year at the Oriental Seafood Festival. Every year, our chefs prepare the best seafood dishes for the patrons. Dishes made with octopus, lobster, squid, pomfret, and many more are available. One can try new seafood or enjoy the ones that they like”.

The menu consists of amazing soups, starters, and mains.
Soups on offer include Shanshai seafood soup and Seafood dumpling soup.

Starters include Honey walnut shrimps, Pork and shrimp dumpling, Crispy seafood rolls with sriracha mayo, Kolkata style chill octopus, Steamed beckti with ginger and scallion, Stir-fried thai basic king prawns, Lobster in pepper garlic sauce, Crispy squid in bird’s eye chilli and basil leaves, Smokey chilli butter garlic crab claws and Kolkata style chilli pomfret.

The mains on offer are Butter chilli garlic seafood noodles, Pan-fried seafood noodles, Shrimp chahan rice, Kung pao lobster, Crispy fried pomfret in chilli mustard sauce, Fried squid with Korean chilli sauce, Singaporean chilli crab, and Stir-fried octopus in Tobanjan sauce.
The cost for two is Rs 1200 plus taxes.

The timing is from 12 noon to 10.30 pm.

The month-long festival started from 12th July onwards and will be available at all dine-in outlets across Kolkata, Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
