20th International Foodtech Kolkata To Focus On Mithai, Bakery, & Namkeen Industries
In the august presence of Mr. Dhiman Das, Secretary Misthi Udyog, Mr. Pranab Chandra, Secretary Chanachur Association, Mr. Atikram Gupta, Secretary General Hotel & Restaurant Association of Eastern India, and Mr. Zakir Hossain, Chief Convenor, Foodtech 2023, the 20th International Foodtech Kolkata was announced.
This is among the renowned B2B exhibitions for food processing, bakery, mithai, namkeen, and hospitality industry.
More than 180 eminent foreign and Indian companies and leading brands from the food and hospitality industry will be taking part in the 3-day exhibition.
Apart from them, the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Eastern India, West Bengal Bakery Association, All India Food Processors Association, West Bengal Bakers Coordination Committee, Paschimbanga Misti Udyog, and others will also be participating in this exhibition.
The exhibition will also showcase emerging technologies, practices, and processes and will bring top food technologies, best processes, and others.
The focus of the exhibition this year is on the mithai, bakery, and namkeen industries. There will be live demos like cake-making lessons, live demos of hi-tech rosogolla manufacturing, and food packing with a minimum human touch.
Various discussions and seminars on the bakery and confectionary industry, culinary industry, sweets, and snacks industry will be conducted during the exhibition.
It will be organized at the Biswa Bangla Milan Mela Complex, Kolkata from 18th to 20th August from 10 am to 6 pm.
