20th Tele Cine Awards Helped Foster Better Relations Between Artists
The 20th Tele Cine Awards was organized recently. Eminent artists from Bengal and Bangladesh were present at this prestigious award event.
The event took place at Nazrul Mancha.
The award ceremony began with a spirited dance performance by Om and Koushani Mukherjee.
Some of the winners in the different categories were:
Projapoti won the Best Cinema Popular award.
Aparajito won the Best Film Jury award.
Ankush Hazra won the Best Actor (Web series) award.
The Best Promising Director was awarded to Avijit Sen.
The Best Supporting Actor was given to Kharaj Mukherjee.
Some of the other winners at this award show were Iman Chakraborty, Anindya Chatterjee, Anupam Roy, Dipankar Dey, Jeetu Kamal, Adrit Roy, Solanki Roy, and many more.
Speaking after winning the prize, Ankush Hazra said “I am overwhelmed and happy that I have won an award in the web series segment. This is not only an award but a great honor for an actor”.
Chanchal Chowdhury said that awards of this type will help in fostering and bettering the bonds between India and Bangladesh. The actor was happy to be a part of this award ceremony.
