Royal Vega, the signature restaurant of ITC Royal Bengal, will serve Sheherwali Khasa, a distinctive and regal vegetarian cuisine.

Inspired by the Sheherwali Jains of Murshidabad’s royal kitchens, Royal Vega serves a carefully planned set menu based on the ideas of Ayurveda, the age-old science of life and holistic health that encourages harmony and balance with the natural world.

Indulging in aromatic treats or specially prepared vegetables is just one aspect of dining here; another is gaining a deeper understanding of India’s rich cultural legacy. The menu features a variety of carefully chosen vegetarian dishes from the royal vegetarian kitchens of the Sheherwalis, and the former Jain nobility from the Havelis (townhouses) of Murshidabad.

The Sheherwali Khasa menu is available at INR 1975 plus taxes per person from 12:30 to 14:45 (Friday to Sunday) and 19:00 to 23:30.
