The purpose of the event was to encourage community spirit, fitness, and health while providing a lively venue for Kolkatans to unite in celebration of life and vigor.

The marathon was graced by eminent dignitaries like Jisshu Sengupta, Abir Chatterjee, Devlina Kumar, Gourab Chatterjee, Anindya Chatterjee, Vikram Chatterjee and acclaimed film director Tathagata Mukherjee.

Tridhara 21K Marathon, which attracted over 3,000 participants, has raised the bar for athletic events in the city. Its four race categories—21K, 10K, 5K, and 3K—cater to a diverse range of fitness lovers, from novices to professional athletes.

To guarantee that every participant had an unforgettable experience, the event featured race-day arrangements. It featured professionally timed races using RFID technology that provided immediate results, as well as a Zumba warm-up to excite runners before the race. All competitors received T-shirts and finisher’s medals.

The following measures, which included an emergency clinic in the holding area, were made with safety as the first emphasis. Along the way were intensive care unit ambulances. Every water station had first-aid supplies, and bike volunteers offered on-the-go medical support.
