The Naad Festival, a one-of-a-kind celebration of classical music, is set to return to Kolkata for its fourth edition. The festival, organized by Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and the Pandit Shankar Ghosh Tabla Foundation, promises to be a treat for music lovers.

The festival will feature a lineup of renowned artists, including Aman Ali Bangash (sarod), Anubrata Chatterjee (tabla), Aditi Mangaldas (Kathak), Ajay Pohankar and Abhijit Pohankar (duo), and Tanmoy Das (harmonium).

The highlight of this year’s festival is Pandit Bickram Ghosh‘s brand-new performance, “Transformation”, which combines tabla, mridangam, violin, and keyboard.

According to Pandit Bickram Ghosh, “Naad has already made a name for itself in the hearts of music lovers. This year’s festival promises to be equally exciting, with a few surprises in store. We encourage everyone to purchase tickets and experience the magic of classical music”.

The Naad Festival is an initiative that aims to promote and preserve Kolkata’s rich cultural heritage of classical music. With its distinct blend of traditional and fusion music, the festival promises to be an unforgettable experience for music lovers.
