6 Ballygunje Place announced their new venture 6BP Calcutta Fries in the august presence of Bickram Ghosh and Usha Uthup. S. Ramani, Director, Director, 6 Ballygunje Place group also graced the occasion.

There is a huge demand for food on the go among the patrons. When it comes to snacks, Bengali cuisine has the best to offer and the food joint has come up with the new venture to cater to this demand.

The first outlet of Calcutta Fries is located adjacent to the flagship restaurant at Ballygunje. It has been designed by Swarup Dutta, Scenographer.

The menu consists of Prawn Cutlet, Fish Fry, Maachher Chop, Chicken Cutlet, Chicken Shingara, Mochar Chop, Phulkopir Trikon Singara, Bhuna Chingrir Roll, Hansher Dimer Devil and others.

Ramani highlighted on the fact that after seeing the response at the new outlet, they will be opening new outlets of Calcutta Fries in different parts of Kolkata. They will be giving franchises too in the future. However to keep track of the quality, they will be supplying the product and the franchises will only be selling the products and earning commission.

The menu pricing is very affordable and the minimum price is Rs 40 for Chhana Motorshutir Chop to Rs 150 for Fish Fry.
