With ingredients like fruit-forward sorbets, gelato, compotes, salsas, and delicate fruit caviar, this new menu, which was created by the Burma Burma culinary team in partnership with award-winning patisserie expert Chef Vinesh Johny, pays homage to Burma’s vibrant orchards and abundant markets.

The offerings include Silkroute Sundae, Banana & Cashew Tres Leches, Flower Bouquet, Celebration Cake, Coconut and Pineapple Crème Brûlée, Berry Burst, and  Milk Tea Cheesecake.

This new dessert menu is available at Burma Burma’s in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad.
