The NRAI India Food Services Report 2019 Released
Home Secretary Alapan Bandopadhyay and Mr Rahul Singh, President, NRAI launched the NRAI IFSR 2019. The NRAI India Food Services Report 2019 is released once every three years. This is the fourth edition of National Restaurant Association of India’s study to keep in track the trends, opportunities and challenges faced by India’s food service sector.
The report is a compilation of data gathered from in-depth discussions with over 130 restaurant CEOs and 3500 customers across 24 cities in India.
It is to be noted that this is the only industry that offers multiple opportunities for various job roles with varying education and skill levels.
The extensive data is provided on a variety of parameters like average monthly spending of customers, popular food joints, employment and consumer eating out behaviour and trends.
The report is extremely vital so as to provide a fillip for consistent and sustained growth for the food service industry.
