The music launch of the upcoming Bengali film Purbo Paschim Dakkhin (Uttor Ashbei) took place recently.

Purbo Paschim Dakkhin (Uttor Ashbei) is an upcoming Bengal film directed by Rajarshi  Dey. Purbo Paschim Dakkhin (Uttor Ashbei) will be the first paranormal film in Bengali film industry. The movie is an adaption of the best seller book Ebong Inquisition by Avik Sarkar.

The film’s cast consists of Kamleshwar Mukherjee, Paran Bandopadhyay, Arpita Chatterjee, Rajesh Sharma, Gaurav Chakroborty, Arryan Bhowmick, Suchandra Vaaniya, Eshika Dey (Sacred Games Fame), Rudraprasad Sengupta, Bidipta Chakroborty, Padmanabha Dasgupta, Satrajit Sarkar Koushik Kar, Manobi Bandopadhyay, Malabika Sen, Daminee Basu, Richa Sharma and others in pivotal roles.

Music director Debajyoti Mishra is a part of Purbo Paschim Dakkhin (Uttor Ashbei). The lyrics have been penned down by Anirban Mukhopadhyay.

The first song ‘Daak Sono’ is sung by Arko Mukhaerjee. The second song is a love song ‘Bhalobasa Mane’ sung by Rupankar Bagchi. The third song is ‘Mithe Roddur’ and Iman Chakraborty has lent her voice to the song in the film.

The film is eyeing for release soon.
