In its fourth year, Hotel O2 organized the Cake Mixing Ceremony at The Drunken Monkey of Hotel O2, Kaikhali.

The cake mixing of Hotel O2 took place with ingredients like Cashew, Walnut, Almond, Tutti Frutti, Murabba, Pista, Sweet Ginger, Cinnamon Sticks, Green Cardamom, Nut Meg, Mace, etc. They have used crushes like Pineapple Crush, Kewe Crush, Mango Crush, Orange Crush, and Cardamom, Cinnamon and Clove Powder as ingredients in the ceremony. Orange and Mango Juice have been used in the cake mixture.

The owners Shrija Loharuka and Anisha Loharuka of Hotel O2 said that every year this is an in-house celebration where the employees can participate and enjoy it.
