With the 71^st Republic Day around the corner, The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat is preparing for a splendid spread in full swing, in its third year in the city. The brunch buffet, called the “Brunch of Integrity” will feature a range of Indian regional cuisines, including Goan, South Indian, Punjabi, Kashmiri, Maharashtrian and Gujarati dishes.

The special menu has been crafted by the remarkable culinary team at The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat. The Republic Day selection will include a Hyderabadi Biryani station, Haleem station, Maharashtrian dabeli and Pao bhaji station. Complementing the exquisite flavours from all over the country, you can indulge in the selection of premium beverages that will be on offer for the occasion.

In addition to the sumptuous feast, revel in the warmth of the largest bonfire at the Westin lawns, coupled with the thrill of the DJ’s beats, live music, Punjabi dhol performance along with Do-It-Yourself barbecue and various food stalls. The Bonfire Nights will be celebrated at the hotel from the 24^th to 26^th of January, 2020 from 6 PM to 11:30 PM at The Westin lawns, followed by an after party at the city’s highest rooftop lounge, 31/32 till 1AM.
