Director Raj Chakraborty’s next film Habji Gabji deals with a very topical issue and showcases the reality of today’s times. Both the parents work now and as a result, the kids become addicted to mobile phones. The loneliness of the kids and as a result what impact that has on the kid’s life is what the film all about.

The film will see Parambrata Chatterjee and Subhashree Ganguly in pivotal roles. They will play the role of a married couple.

The director has derived the story from what he saw around him. Kids are now-a-days addicted to mobiles and they hardly have the time to speak with anyone. This has happened as they have become lonely. Both the parents are now working and they grow up in nuclear families. As a result of this, they are becoming more addicted to mobile phones.

The music of the film is by Indraadip Dasgupta.

The shooting of the film is in progress in Kolkata.
