Disha Eye Hospitals inaugurated its 17^th hospital in Mecheda, Purba Medinipur by Prof. Dr. Saumen Kumar Mahapatra, Hon’ble Minister-in-Charge, Irrigation and Waterways, Government of West Bengal.

Also present on the occasion were Swami Padmananda Maharaj of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission Sevashrama, Contai, Mr. Sk. Sufian, Saha-Sabhadipati, Zila Parishad, Mr. Biplab Roy Choudhury MLA, Mr. Sk. Eaunush Ali, Renowned Businessman, Mecheda and Dr. Debasish Bhattacharya Chairman & Managing Director, Disha Eye Hospitals, Mr. Apu Majumder, General Manager of Kolaghat Thermal Power (KTPS).

The branch at Mecheda will provide treatment of the highest standard. The Mecheda Centre will serve the people of Purba and Paschim Medinipur and Howrah. It will have an OPD & IPD facility with all specialties of Ophthalmology. Specialist Doctors will also be visiting from Howrah and Kolkata hospitals of Disha.

Disha Eye Hospitals, Mecheda remains open from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm.
