The shooting of the Bengali film Bhoy Peona took place in the presence of director Ayan Dey, Srabanti Chatterjee, and Om Sahani.

The story deals with a couple named Akash and Ananya Chatterjee. Akash is a doctor and Ananya is a corporate professional. After their marriage, paranormal activities start happening with her. Akash’s mother wants to drive her out of the house and scares her. However, things take a turn as a new mystery is unveiled.

Supriyo Bhowmik has written down the story of the film and the scripting has been done by the director.

Bhoy Peona is a horror-thriller where Om and Srabanti will be seen playing husband-wife.

Darshana Banik will be seen in an item song in the film.

The music has been composed by Dabbu. Anupam Roy, Raj Burman, and Antara Mitra will be lending their voices to the songs in the film. There are three songs in the film.

Srabanti plays Ananya while Om plays Dr. Akash Chatterjee.

Produced by Big Screen Production, the film is shot in different parts of Kolkata and Raichak.

The film is scheduled to release during Akshay Tritiya 2022.
