New York Pizza Factory began its journey as a cloud kitchen in Alipore. After achieving success, they opened their first Quick Service Restaurant or QSR outlet at the food court of Forum Mall.

The brand serves authentic New York-styled pizza. There are many brands in the city that serves different styles of Pizza but this brand has stuck to the New York style of pizzas.

So you might be wondering what is so special about it. According to Raghav Shroff, owner of New York Pizza Factory, “The crust is neither too thin nor too thick. It is somewhere in between. It is a little crispy and chewy. The dough is fermented for 48 hours. We bake it at a high temperature, giving it the charred flavor”.

Apart from the pizzas, they have desserts, sides, beverages, dips, and combos for the patrons.

The brand wants to compete with the larger pizza brands. And hence they have kept the pricing affordable. A meal for two people will cost Rs 250 to Rs 300.

The USP of the brand according to Raghav is the unique taste of the pizza and the pocket-friendly factor.

The next outlet of New York Pizza Factory will be launched in Avani Mall within the next two months.
