Method

Black khichdi
Ingredients
Black Rice—80 gm
Moong dal–50 gm.
Ghee–20 gm
Indian spices –10 gm
Ginger –10 gm
Coriander leaves –10 gm
Papad-1 pcs
Pickle-30 gm
Method
Take a pan, put moong dal and do it smoky. Take another pan and put ghee add ginger, rice and dal and Indian spices & cooked some time.
Then add chop coriander and ghee on top.
Papaya Halwa
Ingredients
Nashik papaya–500gm
Sugar–20 gm
Ghee–10 gm
Milk maid–30 gm
Resin–10 gm
Cashew nuts –10gm
Cherry for garnish.
Method
Grated papaya cooked with ghee then add milkmaid and little sugar cooked in slow until unless it’s become reduced. Add cherry for garnish.
