The banner launch event of Sharad Sera Shiropa ’22 took place recently in the presence of eminent guests like Pandit Mallar Ghosh, Rajeev Golchha, Kunal Saha, Kamal Asgar, J. M. Nath, and Anirban Mitra.

This is a joint venture of INNER EYE and Friends Media & Entertainment.

For the past two years, there were many restrictions during the Durga Puja. But this year, people will be able to celebrate the puja with much joy and enthusiasm. The Puja was initially celebrated in its traditional format but now theme pujas have taken prominence. The pandal, idol, and lighting are important elements of the Durga Puja. Different competitions are organized to award prizes to such Durga Puja committees.

Inner Eye and Friends Media & Entertainment will be honoring the different Durga Pujas in Kolkata and nearby areas through Sharad Sera Shiropa ’22. The best Durga Pujas will be awarded.

The judge’s panel will select the ten best Durga Pujas. Different celebrities will be a part of the judge’s panel.

The Durga Pujas will be judged on the basis of Best Pandal, Best Idol, Best Puja, and many other categories. There is a total of ten categories in this competition.

There is no fee for participating in this competition. A hundred pujas will be selected initially. The best thirty will be selected next and out of them, the best ten pujas will be selected.

A great initiative indeed!!
