The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat’s Treasure of Diamond Harbour concept offers a distinctive fusion of Indian and continental flavors with fresh seafood. A spectacular, “all-you-can-eat” seafood buffet will be offered by The Seasonal Taste every weekend in November beginning on November 11 for lunch and evening.

The restaurant’s in-house culinary staff has created an exquisite buffet just for the customers. Visitors can choose from a variety of seafood at the counter, which will then be cooked to their preferences—fried, roasted, stir-fried, poached, or grilled—and marinated with Indian or continental flavors.

The dishes that will be showcased during this food festival at ‘Seasonal Tastes’  are ‘Baby Lobster & Crayfish’, ‘Bhetki’, ‘Indian Salmon’, ‘Bombay duck’, ‘Snapper’, ‘Mackerel’, ‘Black/White Pomfret’, ‘King Prawns’, and ‘King Fish’.

In addition to these, market-style seafood booths will be set up, offering guests a selection of seafood like ‘mud crab’, ‘prawns’, and ‘clams’ to name a few.

Seasonal Taste will also offer an elaborate buffet including ‘Murghir Roast’, ‘MaacherPaturi’, ‘ChingriMaach Biryani’, ‘SufiyaniPaneer Tikka’, ‘Crispy Pitta’, ‘Mutton Rogan Josh’, and ‘Paneer Tikka’ to appease the taste buds.
