JW Kitchen, the all-day dining restaurant at JW Marriott Kolkata has come up with an elaborate menu to make your Durga Puja special. The menu, on offer for lunch and dinner, will primarily comprise of Bengali Cuisine which reflects the rich taste and heritage of the city. A special Midnight Buffet will also be open for night time snacking, for all our guests and patrons to enjoy during nightlong pandal hopping sprees.

A quintessential Bengali meal always begins with some home-grown favorite snacks such as ‘Echorer Chop’, ‘Mochar Chop’, ‘Piyaj Posto Bora’, ‘Gondhoraj Fish Tikka’, ‘Chanar Chop’, ‘Kasundi Fish Fry’ and ‘Narkol Posto Bora’.

The lunch and dinner buffet will have a widespread display of bangaliana with dishes like ‘Aloo Chechki’, ‘EchorerDalna’, ‘Aam Kasundi Paneer’, ‘Kachalonka Murgi’, ‘Mutton Dakbanglow’, ‘PostoMurgi’, Paach Misali Tarkari’, ‘Ghee Bhaat’, ‘Gondhoraj Masur Dal’ ‘Mutton Roganjosh’ and ‘Dhonepata Chicken’. Assorted varieties of biryanis can also be savored-‘Hilsa Biryani’and, ‘Kolkata Chicken Biryani’ to name a few.

As the city stays wide awake to the merriment of Durga Puja, a specially curated midnight menu will be available to keep the fun alive and appease the night-time cravings of pandal hoppers. Gorge on the midnight menu which will offer delicacies like ‘Murgh Tariwala’, ‘Bhetkir Jhol’, ‘Veg Biryani’, ‘Aam Dal’, ‘Rohu Kaliya’, ‘Paneer Kaliya’, ‘Bhaja Moong Dal’, ‘Mochar Ghonto’, ‘Sorshe Maachh’ and much more.
