Eastern India now boasts the first Microsoft Teams Rooms of its sort thanks to cooperation between Yealink, WildCard, and Microsoft. The AI-powered Signature Microsoft Teams Rooms, which were inaugurated by Mr. Debashis Sen, Chairman of NKDA/NDITA, MD, HIDCO, will act as an experience center to raise consumer knowledge of the many features and services provided by the MS Teams Rooms system and provide them with an overview of those features and services.

A totally immersive and inclusive experience is provided in the meeting rooms thanks to the system’s full integration of AI technology. The system has a flexible installation that can be tailored to fit different meeting settings, such as boardrooms, regular conference rooms, larger gatherings, town halls, etc.

Ten similar experience centers operated by Microsoft are currently located in south, north, and western India. The most recent expansion will act as a regional experience hub for both the eastern and northeastern markets in Kolkata.

The system may recap the entire meeting using generative AI and Copilot integration, producing a summary of the important issues discussed and deliberated as well as any tasks allocated to a participant, improving the meeting’s overall experience on Teams.
