The most renowned Ministry of Kebabs announced a spectacular Culinary Spice Symphony Dinner, at the Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences. This special dining event will be held at the Ministry of Kebabs on July 25–27, 2024, and at The Square for brunch on July 28, 2024, at Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences.

Two of Novotel’s most renowned chefs, Executive Sous Chef Sirajul Rahaman from Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences and Chef Madeena Valli from Novotel Vishakhapatnam Varun Beach, will grace the occasion. Together, these masters of cuisine will craft an incredible culinary trail that showcases the myriad and complex flavors of Indian spices.

Discover the culinary skills of Chefs Sirajul Rahaman and Shaik Madina Valli as they team together to offer a gastronomic tour of Andhra Pradesh’s abundant culinary history. Every dish at ‘Flavors from City of Destiny’ captures the essence of Andhra Pradesh’s many flavors and cultural influences, ranging from classic delights to inventive adaptations.

A carefully chosen cuisine showcasing the finest of Indian spices will be served to guests at the Culinary Spice Symphony Dinner. It will include everything from flavorful appetizers to mouthwatering main courses and decadent desserts. Every dish will serve as an example of the chefs’ skill and commitment to creating exceptional cuisine.

Chef Madeena Valli is renowned for his creative interpretation of traditional Indian cooking, giving time-honored recipes a modern twist. His dishes are known for their bold flavors and amazing presentation.
