Bobby Chakraborty, a renowned actor, activist, and method acting teacher from Kolkata, India, is the creator of the widely acclaimed, award-winning, and free awareness program called I Am the King of My Mind. Bobby grew up in a family where he witnessed the death and destruction caused by addiction firsthand.

He recently partnered with The Presidency Group of Schools, Bangalore, India’s largest school chain, to launch several anti-addiction initiatives in their educational facilities. Following five sessions in five different schools in Bangalore, which all garnered overwhelmingly good comments, it was Bobby’s 428th mind-blowing awareness session’s turn to sweep St. Paul’s English School in J. P. Nagar.

Bobby said “Despite being tremendously demanding with back-to-back sessions every day, my stay in Bangalore has been incredibly fulfilling. I was well-cared for and made to feel at home by the amiable staff of The Presidency Group of Schools (PGS), led by Dr. Angelo Michael D’Cruize, the socially conscious Director of Academics. At the head of affairs, Dr. Nafeesa Ahmed, Director of The Presidency Group of Institutions (PGI), directed all parties to ensure that every session was beneficial for her pupils. The kindness and modesty of both Drs. Ahmed and D’Cruize won me over. I’d also like to talk about Mr. Aatheef Ahmed, who was designated as my Man Friday 24 hours a day, and the young man’s manners, intelligence, sense of responsibility, and punctuality have much impressed me”.

The official photographer of this session was soldier Aaradhya Mathur-Grade 12, assisted by soldier Samarth, who was also given the title of ‘The 1st Soldier’. Soldier Krisha got the title of ‘The Trendsetter’. The surprise contest at the end had soldiers Aadi, Krisha, and Arnav as the winners, who, along with Aaradhya, received special prizes, customized HCF t-shirts, and community service certificates from Bobby.
