When you meet the newest member of WICCI West Bengal Hotels & Restaurants Council Shweta Goenka, she comes across as a shy woman. But when she starts cooking, she is in a different zone altogether. Her amazing culinary prowess makes her different from the others and she organized an event Flour Power Pop-Up to showcase her amazing skills.

This event was organized at Enara Boutique, Phool Bagan.

The highlight of the event was Shweta Goenka’sweaving her magic around the flour.

She operates the brand Shades of Gastronomy.
