The Bengali film Surjo was released on 19th July in theatres. The film recently completed its 100-day run at the box office.

The cast and crew of the film organized a party to celebrate this amazing feat.

Vikram Chatterjee said, “I have always received immense love and support from the audience for all my works. And this film is nothing different. I want to work hard in the future so that I can gift more films to the audience”.

The film is directed by Shieladitya Moulik.

Uma runs away from her marriage and starts living in an old apartment. Before her, Surjo used to live there. She gets a graphic novel at the apartment. She comes to know about the daring exploits of Surjo. The story takes a turn. What happens next?

Vikram Chatterjee, Madhumita Sarkar, and Darshana Banik play pivotal roles in the film. Vikram plays Surjo, while Madhumita and Darshana will be seen as Uma and Diya in the film.
