Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport unveiled a 10 feet tall idol of goddess Durga made of white chocolate.

The team of Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport worked for 12 days to create the imaginative avatar of Maa Durga. In this form, Maa is shown wearing a traditional red bordered white saree, like Devi Brahmacharini and has four arms like Devi Skandamata. The Devi has a lotus on her feet, as she is often called Padmasana. A total of 1000 Kgs of solid white chocolate has been used to create this idol, where no mould has been used.

The Ma Durga created at the hotel is fondly referred as chocolate rupena.
