Good Lifestyle & Exercise Lead To Better Reproductive Health
Approximately 15–25% of women worldwide struggle to conceive naturally, and this percentage is steadily rising due to high-stress levels, unhealthy eating patterns, and a lack of physical fitness. According to Dr. Karunakar Marikinti, a Sessional Consultant Gynecologist and IVF specialist, women typically lose their fertility between the ages of 35 and 45.
Dr. Marikinti, Senior Faculty at the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ISUOG), London, UK, spoke at a first-of-its-kind one-day workshop on USG machine knowledge held at the Vivacity Multispeciality Hospital at Madhyamgram. The doctor discussed the significance of leading a healthy lifestyle and the necessity of performing specific routine tests to ensure women’s reproductive health.
The reproductive tract problem affects the overall health of the reproductive system. It may affect fertility, cause miscarriages, impede the growth of the fetus, and affect a woman’s overall health throughout her lifetime. Dr. Marikinti emphasized the significance of accurate radiological testing and USG.
“At Vivacity, we’ve always worked to implement cutting-edge technologies and best practices to give patients the finest care possible. We acknowledge that the rising rates of infertility among married couples are a major issue, and our team of experts will benefit from Dr. Karunakar Marikinti’s extraordinary experience in this area” said Ms Rita Das, Executive Director, of Vivacity Multispeciality Hospital.
