“A growing number of British-based tech companies and services are recognizing the pipeline of talent and opting to establish operations in Kolkata. In November 2024, RedoQ participated in our very first tech mission to this city. I am thrilled that we can help them achieve their goals in the state” said Dr. Andrew Fleming, the British Deputy High Commissioner to East and Northeast India.

RedoQ’s decision to locate its powerhouse outside of the UK in Kolkata in July 2024 demonstrates the company’s dedication to growing its footprint in the Indian subcontinent. With intentions to increase this amount to Rs 500 million in 2025 and Rs 1000 million in 2026, RedoQ has already invested over Rs 200 million in the area in the last year. By the end of 2025, RedoQ hopes to have 500 employees in Kolkata, where it now employs 200 skilled individuals. Additionally, the company wants to hire 1,000 people by 2026, demonstrating its dedication to generating sustainable, high-quality jobs.
