The à la carte offerings from KCC Café’s Summer Special Menu consist of Rickey Gondhoraj Soda, Asian Mango Noodles Salad, Pineapple Upside Down Blinis, Al-Funghi Risotto with Edamame, Braised Cottage Cheese Steak with Mango Chimichurri Sauce, and Berry Compote Tart.
