Serving the most genuine flavors of God’s Own Country, chefs Dhanya Nair and Shaji AV of Taj Malabar Resort & Spa in Cochin bring their culinary skills to the City of Joy. They adhere to the rich traditions of Keralan cuisine by utilizing locally sourced ingredients and ancient cooking techniques.

On offer are dishes like Masala grill fish, Cauliflower 65, Kozhi malli peralan, Mutton coconut fry, Fish moilee, Beans thoran, Aviyal, Kallappam, Vegetable stew, Kerala matta rice, Palada payasam, Calicut halwa, and many more.
