Airtel Cloud, a telco-grade cloud platform, was introduced by Xtelify, a fully-owned subsidiary of Bharti Airtel (‘Airtel’) that houses all of Airtel’s digital assets and capabilities. Originally designed to manage 140 crore transactions per minute for Airtel’s internal use in India, this independent cloud platform is currently being expanded to accommodate the constantly changing demands of Indian companies. IaaS, PaaS, and enhanced connectivity are all provided by the highly secure and dependable Airtel Cloud, which is hosted on next-generation sustainable data centers, has Gen-AI-based provisioning, is run by 300 certified cloud specialists, and ensures secure migration, easy scalability, reduced costs, and no vendor lock-ins.

Additionally, Xtelify unveiled a software platform that is AI-powered and geared for the future, which will assist telcos worldwide in simplifying their operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, reducing attrition, and increasing ARPU. With a converged data engine for AI-led insights and intelligence at scale, a workforce platform for real-time task streamlining, and an experience platform for managing every aspect of a telco’s customer journey, the solution covers every tier of the telecom value chain.

For the recently established platform, Xtelify inked three international collaborations.

In partnership with Singtel, Xtelify will implement Xtelify Work, an enterprise-grade, plug-and-play transformative platform that will give Singtel’s field teams in Singapore AI-powered tools to increase productivity, such as fleet optimization, automated task management, and real-time tracking and governance.

In the Philippines, Xtelify will introduce Xtelify Serve, a state-of-the-art, AI-powered customer support platform, in partnership with Globe Telecom. Through intelligent data-driven operations, streamlined business processes, and omni-channel service assurance, Globe Telecom will be able to improve its customer experience at scale.

Xtelify will supply its software platforms, including Data Engine, Work, and IQ, to Airtel Africa. The implementation of Xtelify Data Engine and Xtelify Work will enable vital use cases such as spam and fraud prevention for their clients throughout Africa and provide market data for micro-targeted tactics to Airtel Africa’s 150K-person field staff spread across 14 nations. Secure, real-time, omnichannel customer engagement will be made possible by Xtelify IQ, improving customer satisfaction and service quality.
