The Techno India University (EM-4, Sector V, Salt Lake) Seminar Hall organized the Dronacharya Awards Ceremony, a lavish occasion honoring the exceptional educators.

400 notable Heads of Institutions, Subject Teachers, and Chief Coordinators from throughout the state of West Bengal were honored at the event for their significant and exceptional contributions to the area of education.

The ceremony was graced by Mr. Ujjal Biswas, Hon’ble Minister, Department of Science, Technology & Biotechnology, Government of West Bengal; Ms. Darshana Banik, Actress; Prof. Manoshi Roychowdhury, Co-Chairperson, Techno India Group and Co-Chancellor, Techno India University; Dr. Chiranjib Bhattacharya, Vice-Chancellor, Jadavpur University and President, West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education; Ms. Pauline Laravoire, Sustainability Director, Techno India Group; and Dr. Tapas Mukherjee, Director, Techno India Group.

Prof. Manoshi RoyChowdhury said, “The real designers of our civilization are the Dronacharya recipients. They inspire the critical thinking, inventiveness, and moral compass that will direct the next generation of leaders, in addition to imparting knowledge. With this ceremony, we deeply acknowledge that West Bengal’s future is being constructed in their classrooms, brick by brick”.
