Beautiful Pictures & Paintings On Display At Anubhuti: Sukoon

“Anubhuti: Sukoon” is a photography and painting exhibition at the Jamini Roy Gallery, ICCR, Kolkata, organized by Kkhubii, a creative group nurtured by IIM Bangalore’s NSRCEL Mumbai. The show delves into the essence of sukoon, which is inner peace, emotional stillness, and the lived moments that provide silent solace in a world that is becoming more and more restless.
Through moving images and paintings that capture ephemeral moments of tranquility, human connection, memory, and nature, “Anubhuti: Sukoon” is told. Every piece of art conveys a profoundly personal yet universally relatable feeling, beckoning spectators to take their time, pay attention, and experience art as a sensory and affective experience rather than a show.

Working in the fields of visual arts, photography, painting, film, and creative education, Kkhubii serves as a multidisciplinary cultural platform. In addition to hosting exhibitions, the platform actively promotes up-and-coming artists, organizes visual storytelling initiatives, and encourages discussion between art, society, and modern ideas. Its incubation under NSRCEL Mumbai at IIM Bangalore demonstrates Kkhubii’s dedication to cultural innovation and sustainable creative business.

Shrestha Ganguly, a celebrated filmmaker, visual storyteller, and platform co-owner, is at the heart of Kkhubii’s mission. Shrestha, who is well-known for her complex cinematic stories that are grounded in social realities and human emotions, adds a filmmaker’s awareness to Kkhubii’s curatorial language. The conceptual framework of “Anubhuti: Sukoon” is heavily influenced by the themes of identity, quiet, resiliency, and emotional truth that are frequently explored in her work. She brings her cinematic perspective into the gallery setting with this exhibition, giving painted forms and still photos the same depth and reflection as moving pictures.

The personal creative journey “Anubhuti: Sukoon” at the Jamini Roy Gallery, ICCR, encourages viewers to stop, feel, and rediscover serenity via artistic expression.
