Kashish Khan who was initially an activist became a producer. She started the NGO with her mother Basiri Khan. She hails from a small village Mewat in Haryana. Hailing from the small village, she and her mother always wanted to do something for the society and especially for the development of women.

She had even raised her voice for the education of the girl child and other social causes. Her NGO Janseva Sangathan for the last 15 years has been continuously working for a campaign “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao” in NCR, Haryana.

After going through such hardships and struggles in her early life and coming out of it, she thought of creating a path for the other girls so that they can have a bright future. She has made her name in the film industry where she represents herself as a film producer.

Korean Government has made her the brand ambassador of South Korea for beauty and health products.

She has recently launched Studio Five Element in which they have announced five untitled films, which are soon going on the floors.
