The midweek in Kolkata has become much more delicious. Seafood Wednesdays, an immersive culinary experience honoring the finest the ocean has to offer, is presented by the Grand Market Pavilion at ITC Royal Bengal.

Seafood enthusiasts are welcome to sample an amazing array of fresh seafood every Wednesday night, ranging from tender squid, scallops, octopus, pomfret, lobster, and flame-grilled prawns to delicately baked fish. Inspired by coastal cuisines worldwide, each dish is carefully prepared with a modern twist.

The exclusive North East Live Counter, where seafood takes center stage with a unique and theatrical presentation that highlights the region’s bold, earthy flavors in a completely unique way, is a highlight of the evening.

To complete the experience, the counter offers a light, colorful, and carefully crafted assortment of seafood salads that go well with the spread’s richness. Additionally, the other live counters offer their own unique style, with talented chefs grilling a wide variety of the freshest catches to order, accompanied by an intriguing assortment of signature sauces that give each bite depth, personality, and a dash of adventure.

Priced at Rs 2,500 plus applicable taxes per guest, Seafood Wednesdays are available every Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, until 30th June 2026.
