Following the strong response, TATA Starbucks is back this festive season with Aamar Pujo, Aamar Starbucks’, a specially curated, limited-edition menu inspired by the rich culinary traditions of East India. The festive menu combines cherished regional tastes with the iconic Starbucks experience, giving customers fresh ways to celebrate Durga Pujo with loved ones.

This year, the menu features two new items, including:

Kosha Mangsho Roll: A traditional Bengali kosha mangsho wrapped in flaky paratha, offering customers the comforting taste of a beloved Pujo dish.

Gurer Sandesh Flan: A contemporary take on the traditional Bengali sandesh, featuring a biscuit crust and sweetened with jaggery, reimagined in the form of a flan.

Back on the menu for the festival are

Dhakai Chicken Wrap: Drawing inspiration from Dhaka’s rich cuisine, this satisfying wrap features succulent chicken and fragrant spices nestled in a flaky paratha, perfect for a cozy festive treat.

Bhetki Bhaja Sandwich: A modern twist on the classic Bengali fish Bhetki, this sandwich combines fried bhetki with shorshe mayonnaise, fresh veggies, and lettuce, all nestled in mustard-flavored panini bread.

Chingri Turnover: A golden-brown pastry packed with tender chingri filling and crowned with black sesame seeds, blending bold flavor with a satisfying crunch.

Shorshe Chicken Burger: Tender chicken, prepared in the classic shorshe gravy and shaped into a patty, then served between sesame-seed buns with pickles, honoring one of Bengal’s most beloved flavor pairings.

Aloo Postho Burger: Drawing inspiration from the comforting taste of aloo posto, this vegetarian option blends potatoes with gently spiced poppy seed undertones, offering a familiar yet fresh festive treat.

Kalakand Pie: A classic kalakand transformed into a baked pie, topped with pistachios, blending beloved holiday tastes with modern baking techniques.

So, prepare to celebrate Pujo with your loved ones and fully enjoy the festivities at TATA Starbucks.

The festive menu will be offered from September 26 to October 21 at select Starbucks locations in Kolkata, Guwahati, Siliguri, Bhubaneswar, Jamshedpur, Patna, Ranchi, and Gangtok.

To celebrate the auspicious occasion of Mahalaya, the Park Mansion, Southern Avenue, Loudon Street, and New Alipore stores in Kolkata will open early at 5:00 AM, welcoming customers to kick off the festivities with coffee.
