The vegetarian Mahabhoj Thali pays homage to the classic flavors of a traditional holiday feast. It consists of Sona Muger Dal, Guru Barir Mochar Ghanto, Tomato Badam Aloor Dum, Labra, Dhokar Dalna, Veg Paturi, Channar Mohima, Kaju Kismish Polao, Luchi, Aam Satya Khejur-er Chutney, Kheer Sandesh, and Aahelir Doi Kalash.

For non-vegetarian enthusiasts, the Bhuribhoj Thali and Rajbhoj Thali (Non-Vegetarian) consist of Chingri Macher Malai Curry, Tawai Pora Bhetki Paturi, Narkel Kanchalonka Diye Sorshe Elish, Kolkatar Kosha Mangsho, Kaju Kismis Polao, Aam Satya Khejur-er Chutney, and Kheer Sandesh.

Patrons can also indulge in à la carte favourites like Bata Postor Bora, Vegetable Chop, Mohini Mochar Lotika, Chingri Cutlet/Chingrir Salmi, Tawa Bhetki, Kolkata Fish Fry, Rui Macher Patisapta, and Manghser Chop.
