Aamlicious Affair at Pride Plaza Hotel Kolkata was announced recently.

The chef-curated mango-themed menu will bring out the best of mangoes.

The chef and his team have used mangoes to make starters, salads, main courses, and desserts.

Chef Tagar, who has curated the menu, said that Himsagar mangoes were used for making the dishes in this menu.

The drinks consist of Aam Panna (Rs 149), Mango Mojito (Rs 149), and Spicy Mango Lassi (Rs 149).

The starters on offer are Aamras Shots with Mini Puri (Rs 249), Raw Mango and Corn Tikki (Rs 249), Crispy Pita Mango (Rs 249), Mango Grilled Chicken Skewers (Rs 399), Aam Kasundi Chicken Tikka (Rs 399), Mango and Dijon Mustard Grilled Fish (Rs 499) and Grilled Mango Prawsn with Mango Pilaf (Rs 949).

One can relish salads like Raw Mango and Sprouts Salad (Rs 149), Mango Salad (Rs 149), and Mango Cucumber Chaat (Rs 149).

The main course that is on offer includes Chicken Mango Curry with Coconut (Rs 399), Mango Fish Curry (Rs 499), Thai Mango Prawn Curry with Rice (Rs 999), Vegetable Curry with Mango and Coconut (Rs 349), and Mango Pulav (Rs 349).

Patrons can enjoy amazing desserts like Baked Mango Cheesecake (Rs 249) and Mango Rasmalai (Rs 249).

It will be available from 15^th June to 30^th June.
