Music and friendship have a great relationship. Many a friendship has developed due to music.

A friendship concert was organized by Bangabasi College. The event was held at Nazrul Mancha and was organized by Kaushik Events.

The event saw the mesmerizing performances by Bollywood singer Abhijit Bhattacharya and Ananya Chakraborty.

Abhijit Bhattacharya sang his famous Bengali songs after a long time. He grooved while playing the Dhak and sang the song “Dhaaker taale”. Other songs that he sang were from the Bollywood movie Baadshah, Chalte Chalte, Sunona Sunona, Phir V Dil He Hindustani, Ole Ole Gaan, and some popular Bangla songs like “Chokher Jaler Hainna Rang”, “Chalechi Eka Ko Ajnaay” and many more.

Singer Ananya Chakraborty kept the audiences hooked by rendering famous tracks like “Monta Re” from Lootera, “sohag chaand”, ” Sundori komola and many more.

A musical concert of this grandeur surely uplifted the spirit of the people.
