Mr. Mayukh Ray (President, Sales & Marketing) and Mr. Sumanta Chakraborty (Corporate Chef) along with Tollywood actors Abir Chatterjee and Paoli Dam was present for the annual cake mixing ceremony at Afraa Deli just before the advent of Christmas.

Dry fruits like fig, black currant, almond, cheery and others along with spices were put in the cake. The specialty of the spices is that they are made in-house by the Chefs.

Along with these ingredients, ample amounts of rum, whisky, wine and other liquor was mixed with the dry fruits.

Chef Sanjoy said that this mixture will be kept aside for a month and then it will be made into beautiful cakes of one or two pounds.
