Addatimes announced their association with Allianz International Holdings Ltd recently. With this association they will be entering the Bangladeshi market which it has so far, not fully engaged.

Since, Allianz Holdings has a strong understanding of the Bangladeshi culture Addatimes feels that this partnership is the most sensible way forward. As part of the collaboration Allianz Holdings will distribute Addatimes’s web entertainment services in Bangladesh.

Bangladesh is a country where nearly the entire population understands the Bengali language. Bengali is the 8th most popularly spoken language in the world and promoting the content in Bangladesh will be a huge opportunity for Addatimes.

As part of the partnership Allianz Holdings will distribute the Addatimes platform to telecom and internet providers, OEM’s including set top boxes & TV sets and they will also help promote the Addatimes brand across the country through various marketing tie ups.

The execution of the OTT platform will be carried out by the group’s sister concern companies, Agrani Trading Company Limited and LBC Media Entertainment Company, in Bangladesh.

Allianz has a strategic association with Insomnia Media and Content Services LLP for Curating, Developing and Producing Content across genres and formats.
