The 8th Edition of the RMBF Kolkata Chapter’s premier business summit, RMB Connect 2026, was successfully held at the Hotel Kenilworth in Kolkata in collaboration with Rotary International District 3291. The gathering of business executives, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and Rotarians nationwide strengthened the conclave’s reputation as a leading forum for the convergence of intelligence, innovation, and business. Over fifty businesspeople from Kolkata attended the conclave.

The conclave’s main event was a three-hour special AI Business Masterclass led by Mr. Amit Jadhav, an actor, coach, speaker, entrepreneur, and author of the book AI Unzipped, which is listed on Amazon. The practical, real-world AI applications that help businesses develop more quickly, operate more efficiently, and enhance customer engagement were the main focus of this presentation. This seminar taught participants how to use useful AI solutions in actual business scenarios and develop an AI-ready leadership mentality. They witnessed the use of AI by non-technical founders to automate reporting, follow-ups, content production, and lead generation without the need for coding.

Amit also showed how AI can be used to turn a basic company idea into a full digital funnel, including blogs, social media postings, email sequences, and website structure. In addition to introducing workflows where several AI technologies collaborate to conduct business activities with little human intervention, the presentation demonstrated how AI can support every step of the customer journey, from discovery to decision.

The conclave gained a cultural dimension with the addition of a mesmerizing classical dance performance by Ms. Koteswari M. Kannan from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The program was further enhanced with thought-provoking keynote addresses by prominent business executives and industry veterans, which promoted deep discussion on new trends, leadership, and long-term company expansion.

After a successful conclusion, attendees of RMB Connect 2026 left with new insights, new contacts, and a fresh outlook on using AI as a strategic business enabler.
