Additionally, the stores will highlight all of Airtel’s cutting-edge product offerings.

These neighborhood stores, which are themed around the idea of creating excellence and gaining customers for life, will feature every product that Airtel offers, such as Xstream, Xsafe, 5G Plus, and so on. The retail employees, known as Airtel Friends, are trained to handle and resolve customer inquiries regarding all of Airtel’s products, including mobile, broadband, and DTH, to provide an unmatched service experience.
