ALFA Network Organized A Workshop On Leadership & Communication
A non-profit business leader platform called ALFA Network was established in 2017 with the goal of fostering and assisting India’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Achievers, Founders, Creators, and Business Leaders are brought together on a single platform where they may share information, work on their own development, and practice social responsibility while creating an ecosystem of support. They recently hosted a workshop on leadership and communication by Prof. Himanshu Rai, Director IIM Indore, at ITC Sonar Kolkata.
Currently, the organization “ALFA Network” represents approximately 70 business families in 30 different industries. This number excludes members of the organization who have attained significant notoriety in their fields and senior professionals who serve in leadership capacities for their respective organizations.
Every ALFA member offers their particular expertise to the network and helps to foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing, which is central to the organization’s objective. Members of such a platform gain by participation in events with thought leaders, presenters, and information workshops in addition to the time they spend with each other.
The workshop was for four hours and was on leadership and communication.
