Tigmanshu Dhulia said “All the films we saw had one common theme. It was the misery of human beings. By watching such different language films, I could also get a glimpse into their culture, religious practices, eating habits, and many other things. It was like looking at a new world with the help of these films”.

Though the jury did not get a chance to go around the city, they hoped to explore the city after the festival ended.

The jury did not reveal the winning film’s name. However, they said that it was a pleasure to watch so many amazing films in such a short period.
